Fast EV330-FS4E200A-2J EV Transmission
FAST EV330-FS4E200A-2J is a high-performance pure electric integrated power system from Fast Group, featuring a highly integrated motor-transmission architecture and upgraded motor performance for heavy-duty new energy commercial vehicles.
Equipped with a 330kW (peak 500kW) motor, the system delivers a rated/peak torque of 790/1500Nm and a maximum speed of 7000rpm, with a maximum output torque of 20350Nm to meet the power demands of 30t-70t paved road & standard load scenarios. It offers flexible terminal configuration options: 6-wire horizontal output with 70mm² recommended cable gauge, or 3-wire output with 120mm² recommended cable gauge, adapting to diverse vehicle wiring layouts while keeping system installation dimensions basically unchanged (axial dimension only increased by 240~247mm). The reducer ratio is 2.02, with 4 forward gears precisely calibrated: 1st gear at 8.482, 2nd gear at 4.265, 3rd gear at 2.091, and 4th gear at 1.000. The system weighs 393kg, and comes with optional PTO configurations with total gear ratios of 3.36, 3.288, 3.288, supporting maximum output torques of 500Nm, 700Nm, 1000Nm respectively to power various upper assemblies such as mixers, dumpers, and sanitation trucks.
In the FAST New Energy electric drive series, the letter “E” in the model name indicates an ETM transmission product.
