FAST EV660-F3E560(A)-B is a high-performance 3-speed pure electric powertrain developed by Shaanxi Fast Automotive Transmission Group, specially tailored for 135t-150t ultra-heavy-duty commercial vehicles including dump trucks, special purpose vehicles, and mining dump trucks.
Adopting a triple parallel shaft structure, the transmission delivers a maximum input torque of 5600Nm, with a scientifically calibrated 3-speed gear ratio (4.5 / 1.9(2.9) / 1.0). The system is powered by a 660kW rated / 920kW peak hairpin motor, with a rated/peak torque of 3160/5600Nm and a maximum system output torque of 25200Nm, fully meeting the extreme power demands of heavy-load uphill operations while providing high-power energy recovery during downhill driving.
It utilizes hairpin motors and expanded high-efficiency zones to enhance system efficiency and power density while reducing weight, effectively improving vehicle economy. The system supports optional electric actuator configuration, with a total PTO ratio of 1.126 and a maximum PTO output torque of 700Nm to power various vehicle upper assemblies.
