Fast Retarder

Hydraulic retarder is an intelligent auxiliary braking product launched by Shaanxi FAST GEAR CO., LTD., which highlights the advantages of the smoothness and non-impactof hydraulic mechanical brake. It adopts the advanced controlling system and actuator, which can communicate with the vehicle’s engine, ABS, instrument, transmission, etc. during the process of realizing auxiliary brake, which is conducive to cooperative control of the vehicle, FAST hydraulic retarder can be matched and connected with thefullseries of FAST transmissions, supplied as assembly, which can ensure the consistency of all parts, making it convenient for the customers to use and maintain.

FAST has launched hydraulic retarders of FH240, FH240A in series, FHB400 and FHB400A in parallel. The installation of the rear power take-off is not affected by the hydraulic retarder in parallel.

FAST FHB400 hydraulic retarder can provide a maximum braking torque of 4000 N.m, and the maximum braking power can be over 600 kW.
