Automated Manual Transmission-AMT
FAST adopted OptiDrive clutch and actuator system from Wabco to form up our own F·SHIFT.
The integration of F·SHIFT turns our MT transmission transform into AMT transmission.
The TCU controls the shift control system, the clutch control system and the engine, shift and clutch, engine speed, road conditions, and automatically controls the switch gear position according to the TCU state and the accelerator, thereby realizing the automatic transmission system.

Automatic Transmission-AT
Brought its classic CX28 and CX31 hydraulic AT transmission, CA set up a joint venture with FAST in China, producing its CX28 and CX31 hydraulic AT transmission.Xi’an FC adopts a modular design, which is easy to assemble and expand, and integrates assembly to improve the reliability of the control system. In the mean time, Fast and CA working closely in developing full ranges of new AT transmission products, from 6 gears AT transmission to 9 gears AT transmission, covers input torque range from 560N.M to 3500N.M, with 9 series of hydraulic AT transmission of F6A45, F6A75, FC8A120, FC6A140, FC6A180, FC6A210, FC6A250, F7A260, F7A280, F9A350.

Clutch
EA started its clutch factory in Wuxi, China in the year of 2007.
As Fast group has outstanding abilities of production, costs control, sales and after-sales network, attracting EA to merge its clutch business with Fast.
Fast Drivetrain Co., Ltd joint the advantages of both Fast and EA, and it designed to be the only clutch manufacturing plant of EA in China with over 500,000 sets of commercial vehicle clutches capacity.

Air Disc Brake

Hydraulic Retarder
Starting from 1985, all the large and medium coaches in Europe were equipped with hydraulic retarder, after 30 years of developing, hydraulic retarder occuped all retarder markets in Europe.
Fast launched our hydraulic retarder products since the year of 2011, based on the large market share of transmissions, Fast hydraulic retarder growing rapidly and has a series of products including 150, 240, 320, 330 and 400. Our hydraulic retarder has been integrated with all ranges of Fast products including MT, AMT and AT transmissions.

New Energy Powertrain
Electric Vehicle is the future trend of developing is a certain thing, EV commercial vehicles developing rapidly in the past few years in China.
As gear industry leader, Fast started R&D on new energy system since the year of 2014, based on our long history experience on the transmission, FAST launched its self-developed EV powertrain system in the year of 2016, which is a complete integration system including driving motor, EMT, VCU/TCU and electric control, The special sliding sleeve is adopted, the synchronizer structure is cancelled, and the failure of the gearbox assembly is greatly reduced.
